Les Bistronomes Restaurant is looking for an experienced Front of House section waiter, employed on a casual basis with increasing shifts available over the Christmas and summer period.
Immediate start available with some training provided. Casual rates per the Restaurant Award apply.
A MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR FINE DINING POSITION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB
Who we are: Les Bistronomes is a French restaurant located in the inner suburb of Campbell, not far from the Australian War Memorial. Awarded “Best Restaurant in the ACT, Best European and Best Premium Dining” by Restaurant and Catering 3 years in a row. At a national level, we are proud to have won Best European restaurant in Australia from 2023 and 2024, and are in the running again at the National finals. We have scored 1 4/20 with the Australian Good Food Guide and rated 16.5/20 in 2022 and 2023 by The Canberra Times

Who we are seeking: We want someone who is positive, passionate and flexible. You will need to be curious about french food and want to learn how dishes are created in order to share this knowledge with our customers. You will have experience in the sequences of service and know how to run your own section. All our waitstaff are hands-on and assist one another to run the food, serve beverages, polish cuttlery, restock, clean and open/close the restaurant.
