Sippenham is a 20-seat pasta bar built on bold, seasonal food, a carefully curated wine list, and exceptional service. Our dining room is intimate, energetic, and detail-driven — and we’re looking for waitstaff who can bring it all together.
This isn’t just about carrying plates. At Sippenham, our floor team is the heart of the experience. You’ll guide guests through the menu and wine list, anticipate their needs before they ask, and deliver service that’s both polished and personal.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years’ experience in quality restaurants, bistros, or wine bars
• Strong focus on hospitality and guest care — making people feel welcome comes naturally to you
• Confidence in recommending food & wine, with a curiosity to keep learning
• Professional under pressure, but warm and genuine with every guest
• A team player who brings energy and pride to every shift

Pay: $24.95 – $45.05 per hour
