· Have a strong knowledge of the food and drinks menu, daily specials and dietary requirements guidelines
· Identify and ensure that all guests wants and needs are meet and exceed expectations
· Be responsible of cash and credit card payments are attained and approved
· Collaborate closely with other team members
· Ensure opening and closing tasks and duties are completed satisfactory
· Attractive tips
This is a casual role. Casual pay starts at $31.23 per hour. Part-time and full-time positions are available for the right candidate.

THE ROLE

We are looking for Waitstaff who are able to work well in a fast paced environment and values being a part of a supportive team while taking the greatest of care in looking after our guests.

• Have a strong knowledge of the food and drinks menu, daily specials and dietary requirements guidelines
• Guide guests through the menu and make suggestions and recommendations
• Identify and guarantee that all guests wants and need are meet and exceed expectations
• Take accurate food and drinks orders using POS system
• Check the quality and presentation of the dishes, making sure they uphold company standards
• Clearing and setting tables efficiently and hygienically
• Process payments effectively
• Collaborate closely with other team members
• Complete opening and closing tasks and duties
