Job Description Provide exceptional food and beverage experience by ensuring guest satisfaction through attention to detail and proactive approach. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate effectively with a team to deliver exceptional dining experience and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service quality. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Reporting to the Outlet Supervisor, serve guests by displaying a pleasant manner and positive attitude. Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items, specials, and beverages Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Set up tables according to the resort standards and ensure the dining area is clean and organized Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests Communicate with guests to check on their feedback, proactively update Supervisor/Manager. Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand and Maldives work experience is preferred. Proficient in English and Dhivehi. Experienced in handling Buffet Restaurants and A la caret and sound understanding on LQA standards. Skilled in wine service, including wine pairing and recommendations to enhance the guest dining experience Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment. Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures. Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
