We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Waiter to join our growing team at Be Beach. The ideal candidate will deliver an excellent guest experience by providing efficient, high-quality food and beverage service. This position requires strong product knowledge, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy beach club environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Anticipate guest needs and address requests or concerns in a timely and courteous manner.

Food & Beverage Service

• Deliver food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure orders are served to brand presentation standards.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the food, drinks, and cocktail menu, including ingredients and allergens.
• Upsell menu items and promotions where appropriate.
• 
  

Table & Section Management

• Set up, maintain, and reset tables and sections to brand standards throughout service.
• Monitor assigned tables continuously to ensure guests are never left unattended.
• Coordinate with runners, bartenders, and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Clear and reset tables promptly between guest turns.
• 
  

Billing & Reporting

• Accurately process orders, bill guests, and handle payments in line with company procedures.
• Report any guest feedback, complaints, or notable incidents to management promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of table sales and guest preferences where applicable.
• Ensure all service documentation is accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a waiter or in a similar F&B service role.
• Previous experience within a restaurant, beach club, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong product knowledge of food, beverages, and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and daytime beach club hours in line with venue schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Team player with a proactive, guest-first attitude.
• Physical stamina to remain on your feet for extended periods and manage a demanding service pace.
