Working closely with our Venue Manager, Duty Managers and the wider leadership team, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. What You’ll Do As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience by: Delivering warm, attentive and genuine service across the bar, floor and functions Greeting guests, managing reservations and ensuring smooth seating and flow Taking orders accurately and confidently recommending menu and beverage items Running food and drinks with efficiency, pace and care Curating exceptional and high-quality cocktails Maintaining high standards of venue presentation, cleanliness and safety Supporting busy service periods, events and activations with a positive attitude Working closely with the whole team to deliver consistent, high‑quality experiences Handling payments and ensuring accurate cash and EFTPOS transactions Contributing to a welcoming, inclusive and supportive team culture About You You’re friendly, reliable and passionate about hospitality. You bring energy and positivity to every shift — and you love helping guests feel special.
