The Bellboy Group is Israel’s foremost hospitality group, leading the Service, Experience, and Cocktails charge. We own and operate the most renowned bars and restaurants in Israel, including Bellboy, 223 and Fantastic.
We are a fast-growing company looking for exceptional individuals with great business sense, leadership & communications skills.
We are currently seeking experienced servers and waiting staff who are friendly, professional and ready to be part of fast-paced restaurant team! Candidates must have an outgoing personality, have previous experience in busy gastronomic environments, and have exceptionally high professional standards to both guests and colleagues.
To keep in tune with our high-quality service candidates must:
- Provide excellent guest service that promotes customer satisfaction.
- Make recommendations and share additional information upon request.
- Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products.
- Regularly check-in with guests to ensure that everything is going well.
- Arrange table settings and maintain cleanliness and tidiness
- Check products for quality and correct any problems that keep guests from enjoying their meal and drink to the highest standards.
- Co-operate well with all serving and kitchen staff.
- Deliver checks and collect payments in a professional and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will be personable and have an eagerness to please others. The ideal candidate is a night owl and loves meeting new people.
