We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a 5-star hotel and be passionate about delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide detailed information about menu items and make recommendations when required.
• Ensure food and beverages are served according to hotel standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns appropriately and report them to the supervisor when necessary.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Follow hotel policies, service standards, and health and safety procedures.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter or in a similar position.
• Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good teamwork and attention to detail.
