We are looking for a passionate Waiter to join the team at our flagship site – Casa do Frango London Bridge.
Casa do Frango London Bridge is a 200+ cover dining space set across two floors, welcoming 3000+ guests each week. The site also contains a charming private dining room and the Green Room – a 45-cover speakeasy bar. Its our flagship site that opened in 2018 to rave reviews from the likes of Jay Rayner and Marina O’Loughlin.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

⁠Effectively manage a section of 20 to 25 covers, ensuring smooth service and best in class guest experience
Consistently follow and exceed Casa Do Frango’s service standards to receive great guest feedback
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to provide informed recommendations
Go above and beyond to support colleagues during service, fostering teamwork and efficiency
Demonstrate reliability and dependability in all aspects of the role
