Roles & Responsibilities

Previous experience as a Waitress in a fine dining restaurant, luxury cocktail lounge, or 5-star hotel in the UAE

Fluent in English, plus one additional European, Latin American, Balkan, CIS, or Afrikaans language (mandatory)

Confident serving international, VIP, and high-profile guests with professionalism and discretion

Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, with cocktail lounge experience considered a distinct advantage

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging personality

Impeccable grooming, elegance, and professional presentation

Highly attentive to detail with a proactive, guest-first approach

Passionate about creating memorable luxury dining and beverage experiences

Must currently be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews and a trial shift
