OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage service in a fine dining or upscale setting. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or upscale establishments.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
• Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with cash handling, including processing payments accurately.
