JOB DESCRIPTION FOR WAITER CUM OFFICE BOY

1. Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders
2. Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
3. Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
4. Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
5. Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
6. Performing shift duties and Maintaining inventory of office supplies.
7. Manage the filing system and Record information as needed.
8. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
9. Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
10. Maintain the office areas clean and safe
11. Maintaining office equipment as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. High school diploma or associate’s degree.
2. 3-4 years of experience as Office Assistant or in a reputable organization. Candidates with F&B service experience in reputable Restaurants / Hotels will also be preferred.
3. Ability to read, write and communicate clearly.
4. Warm personality with good communication skills.
5. Ability to work well under limited supervision.
6. Have good grooming standards and be well presentable.
7. Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
