Roles & Responsibilities

1. Welcome clients, brokers, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
2. Prepare and serve tea, coffee, specialty beverages, and refreshments to guests and employees.
3. Ensure all guests receive prompt and attentive service during meetings, property presentations, and events.
4. Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation at all times.
5. Monitor pantry supplies and maintain adequate stock levels.
6. Coordinate with the Administration team for replenishment of beverages, snacks, and consumables.
7. Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage items.
8. Track inventory usage and report shortages in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Knowledge of coffee machines and beverage preparation techniques.
2. Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
3. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
4. Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
