Roles & Responsibilities

• Craft exceptional coffee and beverage creations, ensuring each cup meets our high quality standards and customer preferences.
• Deliver prompt and friendly service, engaging with customers to enhance their dining experience and build rapport.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately, including managing tips and providing receipts as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; barista training or certification is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of beverage preparation.
