Lotus Dining Group is seeking an experienced Full-Time Section Waiter to join our team at Pearl Dining, our elegant modern Cantonese restaurant located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.
At Pearl Dining, we offer a sophisticated dining experience with contemporary Cantonese flavours, an extensive wine list, and warm, attentive service. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage their own section, providing an exceptional experience for every guest.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a section waiter in a high-end or fast-paced restaurant.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, professional demeanour.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktails.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Mandarian speaking is a plus.
• Current NSW RSA and full Australian working rights.

• Manage your section with professionalism, ensuring all guests receive attentive and personalised service.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, wine, and cocktails, making recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure tables are set to standard and your section remains clean and presentable.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service flow.
