JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Waiter to join our team at La Rosist Rose. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have a positive and memorable dining experience in our café. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the food and beverage industry, specifically within a café environment, and possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a head waiter/waitress in the food and beverage industry, especially in a café setting (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including popular café beverages (coffee, tea, etc.).
  • Strong team player with the ability to work well with colleagues.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort customers to their tables in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, making sure all special requests are communicated to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers promptly, ensuring the correct presentation and quality standards.
  • Ensure customers’ dining experience is comfortable and enjoyable, promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service, particularly during busy periods.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
  • Provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
  • Perform any other duties as required by the café management.
