Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in the same role within a luxury fine dining restaurant, beach club, or 5-star hotel/resort in the UAE Must currently be based in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview and trial shift Fluent in English plus an additional European, Latin American, Balkan, CIS, or Afrikaans language Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, fine dining etiquette, and world-class service techniques Experience serving VIP, HNW, and international guests with discretion, confidence, and professionalism Passion for creating personalised, memorable guest experiences Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging, and professional approach Impeccable grooming and presentation Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
