Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly, ensuring a positive first impression and a warm atmosphere.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing menu recommendations and answering any questions.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining attention to detail to ensure correct orders and presentation.
• Process cash and card transactions swiftly, ensuring accuracy in billing and providing change as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or food safety are a plus.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment preferred.
• Strong command of the local language; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate business needs.
