WAITER CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience waiter or similar front-of-house role within a high-quality restaurant
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
• Friendly,confident,and professional with excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced,high-volume environment
• A genuine team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining service excellence
• Comfortable upselling menu items and making recommendations to guests
• Reliable,punctual,and well-presented at all times

ABOUT CASA

Our journey began in 2018 with the launch of Casa do Frango in London Bridge – a Portuguese grill concept inspired by Marco’s Portuguese heritage and fond memories of his upbringing in Southern Portugal. Offering a menu of fresh,wood charcoal-grilled dishes in a warm atmosphere,it quickly became a local favourite. Building on this success,we were fortunate to be able to expand Casa to the neighbourhoods of Mayfair (2022) and Victoria (2023).
We’re looking for a Waiter to join our team at Casa Victoria where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and contributing to deliver outstanding guest experiences. The site welcomes around 1500 guest each week,a 155-cover dinning space split into two floors,including a spacious mezzanine with its own bar and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the street and restaurant below. The site also features a comfortable terrace,perfect for summer,accommodating up to 64 guests.
