Roles & Responsibilities

1. Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
3. Serve biryani, food, and beverages efficiently according to restaurant standards.
4. Ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.
5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining areas, and service areas.
6. Assist with table setup, clearing, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
7. Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure timely service.
8. Handle customer requests and complaints politely and professionally.
9. Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.
10. Support the restaurant team during busy periods.
11. Perform other duties assigned by the Captain or Supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Previous experience as a Waiter in a hotel, restaurant, or F&B outlet is preferred.
2. Experience in Indian/Biryani restaurants will be an advantage.
3. Good communication and customer-service skills.
4. Polite, friendly, and well-presented personality.
5. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
6. Good teamwork and a positive attitude.
7. Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
8. Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
9. UAE/GCC hospitality experience will be an advantage.
