Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using a digital ordering system, ensuring all special requests are clearly noted.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, checking that each order is complete and presented appealingly.
• Monitor tables for customer needs, proactively refilling drinks and addressing any concerns to enhance guest satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, ensuring foundational knowledge for customer service.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, demonstrating the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Certification in food safety or responsible beverage service, highlighting a commitment to health and safety standards.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency (e.g., Spanish, French) is a plus for diverse clientele engagement.
