JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Waitress to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred (training can be provided)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, team player, and punctual
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
• Age 16+ (depending on local regulations)

• Greet and seat customers in a polite and welcoming manner
• Present menus and take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude
• Clear and clean tables promptly
• Ensure the dining area remains clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
• Process payments and issue receipts using a POS system
• Follow all health and safety regulations
