Full job description

• Greet customers professionally and process orders through the POS system.
• Receive cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Handle refunds, exchanges, and void transactions according to company procedures.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items and promotions.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cashier counter and surrounding area.
• Report any POS or payment issues to the Restaurant Manager immediately.
• Follow company cash handling procedures and internal controls.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)
