Job Description What you will be doing: Provide a friendly, personalised welcome and attentive service to guests, adapting to their needs and constraints Establish good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty Prepare and maintain the restaurant, including point of sale and preparation areas Deliver efficient waiter service, including knowledge of dish composition and handling any shortages Recommend and promote F&B and bar offers, as well as other hotel services Contribute to meeting department targets by respecting procedures and internal audits Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace, adhering to HACCP regulations Ensure proper care of equipment, crockery, and appliances Apply hotel security regulations and safety guidelines for all equipment used Convey an attitude in tune with the brand, contributing to the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Highly guest-oriented with a strong sense of service and attention to quality. Creative, energetic, and possesses a dynamic personality. Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality settings is a strong advantage.
