WAITING STAFF – RUCOLA AT THE CONDUIT WE ARE A LONDON LIVING WAGE EMPLOYER

Our beautiful rooftop restaurant, Rucola, looks to encourage consumers, chefs and restaurateurs to consider the impact of biodiversity and seasonality in the food and wine that we consume, and nurturing positive relationships between producers, farmers, chefs, and buyers.
Applicants
You will be quality driven and have a personal interest and experience in the principles of sustainability and zero waste and striving always to work in way that has a light touch impact on our environment.

We are looking for warm and engaging waiting staff who will provide well considered, generous service to all members and guests of Rucola and The Conduit

• You will take an active interest in the dishes on the seasonal menus, and be able to explain not only the contents of the dishes, but the background of our supplies and ethos.
• Your positive approach to our guests and anticipate the needs so their experience is extremely positive and memorable.
• If you have a knowledge or interest in wine this will also be very useful in this role, and allow you to assist our customers with wine pairing.

Working at Rucola will be an exciting and interesting role, with seasonally changing menus, and it will be very advantageous that you have a strong interest in organic and artisan foods, and interested in learning about new products and the story behind them.
