Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables, creating a positive first impression.
• Present menus accurately, answer questions about ingredients and preparation, and offer recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are clearly noted.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently, checking back to ensure guest satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in food service or retail.
• Proficiency in operating a POS system and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
