EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Experience in serving or guest services will be an advantage.
• Basic kitchen experience or culinary knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy service periods.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff.

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room throughout the shift.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
