JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in a fine dining or nightclub setting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts.
  • Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
