We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
  • Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diners.
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
  • A passion for culinary arts and an eagerness to learn about menu items can enhance guest interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
  • Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
  • Process payments accurately while handling cash and card transactions responsibly.
