We’re looking for experienced and enthusiastic Service leaders (Shift leaders/ Restaurant supervisors) to join our dynamic social eatery team and grow with the business for years to come.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU?

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, professional person with personality to outperform on the floor and grow in a busy eatery.

2. Someone with a good command of English.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for customer delight.
5. A strong understanding of the end-to-end service journey.
6. Experienced in working at a fast-paced eatery.
7. Someone who is willing to work weekends and evenings (non-negotiable).

WHAT ARE YOU MADE OF? EXPERIENCE

· A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a service-based restaurant.
· Hunger to win and grow for yourself, your team, your restaurant and the company

Headline: Responsible for the Customers to be delighted in their experience at MoB. We regard the following things to make a customer’s experience memorable.
1. Run the allocated service area of the Eatery during service shifts.
a. Setting the tables & Service stations throughout the shift.
b. Welcoming Guests and explaining the concept at MoB.
c. Ensuring any Allergen or pre order questions.
d. Engaging with guests, taking orders with cross selling & upselling items.
e. Placing the order in the POS handhelds accurately with any custom requirements.
f. Ensuring the guests requirements are met with utmost speed – Water, cutlery, Plates etc.
g. Serve the food at the table to the right guest on the table.
h. Replenishing the table with water, cutlery & serviettes.
i. Seeking feedback from customers and ensuring the food & service levels are always exceeded.
j. The bills are promptly given, and payments are taken including split bills accurately.
k. Bidding guests from the eatery and promoting reviews in social media & Google.
2. Making drinks on tap for Beer & cocktails from the restaurant bar.
3. Making soft serves with right toppings
4. Prepare the Bar, soft serve and waiter stations before the shifts.
5. Close the restaurant with end of day till close, reports and cleaning of the eatery.
