We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding hospitality while efficiently managing their orders and needs. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering high-quality service that reflects our commitment to excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic maths skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Excellent guest services skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A willingness to help colleagues in the kitchen when required, fostering teamwork within the establishment.

• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, maintaining attention to detail.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any issues that may arise.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt service.
