We’re looking for a charismatic, attentive, and energetic Waiter to join our award-winning team. You’ll be the face of Gilpin Spice, delivering exceptional service with warmth, flair, and precision. 🍽 Your Role as Waiter: Welcomes guests with genuine hospitality and a smile that sparkles. Guides guests through our menu with confidence and enthusiasm. Delivers food and drinks with an efficiency and elegance, to enhance the guest journey. Collaborates with chefs and colleagues to ensure seamless service. Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette. Contributes to a culture of excellence, learning, and genuine care. Upholds the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and professionalism. Qualifications 🎓 What You Bring: Experience in fast paced and fine dining environments. Passion for food, people, and creating memorable moments. A calm, charismatic presence and a genuine love for hospitality. Strong communication and organisational skills. A desire to grow within a forward-thinking, modern restaurant built around fun and flavour. Additional Information Salary: from £25,480 to £27,560 Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers.
