Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to members and guests while upholding Soho House standards. You ensure smooth floor operations, exceptional dining experiences, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the creative, inclusive spirit of Soho House. Deliver friendly, seamless, and high-quality service at all times. Take orders accurately, input them into the POS system, and coordinate with bar and kitchen teams. Serve food and beverages promptly and in the correct sequence. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor throughout service. Manage bill payments and ensure accurate transaction handling. Work closely with floor staff, hosts, bartenders, and the kitchen to ensure smooth operations. Communicate clearly and efficiently during service. Support teammates and assist in busy periods to uphold overall service quality. Follow all Soho House service procedures and brand guidelines. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations. Adhere to grooming and uniform expectations.
