YOUR ROLE

As an Experienced Waiter or waitress, you’ll provide exceptional service during a la carte dining and private functions. You’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guest Welcome & Seating: Greet guests with a smile, seat them comfortably, and ensure a warm, inviting atmosphere.
• Taking Orders: Accurately take orders, recommend dishes, and ensure all dietary preferences are noted.
• Serving Food & Drinks: Serve dishes and drinks with precision and elegance, ensuring each plate is presented beautifully and all drinks are poured correctly.
• Function Service: Deliver flawless service during private functions, managing large events, serving multiple courses, and coordinating with the kitchen and team.
• Attention to Detail: Be proactive in anticipating guest needs – top up drinks, clear plates promptly, and ensure tables are reset and ready for the next course.
• Payment Handling: Process bills accurately and with a friendly, professional attitude, ensuring a smooth conclusion to the dining experience.
