FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER – PART TIME

We’re an independent, fast-paced Southeast Asian Street food restaurant inspired by the bold, vibrant flavours of Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and beyond. Our focus is on fresh ingredients, fiery woks, and an energetic dining experience that captures the spirit of the streets of Southeast Asia. As a small, passionate team, every member plays a key role — and we’re looking for an experienced FOH team member to help bring the vibe to life.
As a FOH team member, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests — welcoming them with warmth, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. You’ll be working in a busy, high-energy environment where speed, accuracy, and personality matter. Prior front-of-house experience in a fast-paced setting is essential.

• Greet and serve customers with genuine hospitality and energy
• Confidently talk guests through our menu and make recommendations
• Take orders accurately and process them through our till system
• Run food and drinks to tables efficiently and with care
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across the FOH
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Handle payments, including cash and card transactions
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Uphold health & safety and food hygiene standards
• Be a key part of creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our SE Asian roots
