Key Account Manager – SaaS / Software

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong background in SaaS / Software to manage key clients, strengthen relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with key clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable SaaS/software solutions.
• Drive client retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.
• Handle negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in KAM, Account Management, or Client Management.
• Strong experience handling SaaS / Software products and clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong commercial and business-development mindset.
• Must be available for a face-to-face interview in Dubai.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
