Massimo’s Italian Restaurant, a well-established authentic Italian dining destination in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our friendly and professional team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
• Uphold restaurant standards and follow health & safety regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
