ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Waiter/Waitress, you will contribute to the team’s success by undertaking the following responsibilities: Serve food and beverages with style, ensuring quality, presentation, and service standards. Anticipate guests’ needs, handle special requests with professionalism and provide expert menu recommendations. Utilise POS systems to take accurate orders and operate the cashier system for seamless payment processing. Maintain cleanliness, follow health & safety protocols, and ensure a welcoming environment. Supervise and mentor junior waiters, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
