Job Description We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout service Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service Address guest concerns promptly and professionally Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations Assist in opening and closing procedures as required Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions Adapt to rotating schedules and different sub-departments within the Food & Beverage Division as needed Qualifications Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in a 4-5 star hotel environment (fresher candidates with strong potential will be considered) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling bills and payments Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of food and beverage items, with the ability to make recommendations Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Team player with a collaborative attitude Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Additional Information Additional Language is an added advantage.
