As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders, using appropriate point-of-sale systems Serve food and drinks with attention to detail and presentation Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests Maintain a clean and organized dining area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Upsell menu items and promote daily specials Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during busy periods Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
