Job Description We are seeking a professional and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner Take accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating knowledge of menu items and daily specials Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, adhering to established service standards Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally Assist in opening and closing procedures of the restaurant Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality Adapt to varying work schedules and assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed Qualifications Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in a 4-5 star hotel or upscale restaurant setting (fresh graduates may be considered) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Basic math skills for handling financial transactions Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
