Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience from the outset.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards throughout the process.
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
  • Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables and tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
