GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner
• Ensure tables are set up and cleared promptly between guests
• Process payments and handle cash/card transactions
• Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff

EVENT & WEDDING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and décor as per event requirements
• Welcome and direct guests, ensuring they have a positive experience
• Serve food and drinks during wedding receptions
• Assist with bar service
• Work alongside event coordinators to ensure smooth execution of the event
• Proactively anticipate guests’ needs and provide assistance where necessary
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event
