Mixing and serving drinks

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Follow standard recipes
• Serve wine, beer, and mixed drinks
• Upsell drinks when appropriate

Taking orders

• Take orders from customers and servers
• Confirm orders, including special requests
• Check completed orders with the original order

Cleaning and organizing

• Clean glasses and bar utensils
• Clean and organize the bar throughout the shift
• Maintain ice, glasses, and other bar supplies

Interacting with customers

• Verify the identification and age of customers
• Engage with customers
