Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed during busy periods.
