Responsibilities Warmly welcome guests with a genuine smile, creating an inviting atmosphere Take orders accurately and provide insightful menu recommendations Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring every aspect of the dining experience is perfect Maintain a chic and organized dining space that reflects our luxury standard Attend to guests' special requests and dietary needs with cheerfulness Handle any guest inquiries or complaints gracefully and efficiently Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in fine dining is preferred, but a powerful passion for hospitality can make up for it! Knowledge of wines and spirits is a bonus that helps elevate guest experience Familiarity with POS systems like Micros is a plus, but we can train you!
