We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Waiting Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are essential.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
• Basic maths skills for processing bills and handling payments accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining environment for guests.
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when required.
• A passion for the culinary arts and an eagerness to learn about menu offerings is advantageous.

• Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards throughout the process.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, following culinary guidelines and safety protocols.
