As a Waiter/Waitress for Rosa’s Thai, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, efficiency in taking orders and handling payments, and ability to work collaboratively with the FOH team will contribute to creating a welcoming ambiance and leaving a lasting impression on our valued customers.

• Customer Service: Welcoming and assisting customers, taking orders, and delivering food.
• Cash Handling: Processing payments and reconciling cash.
• Order Coordination: Communicating with the kitchen to ensure timely food delivery.
• Menu Knowledge: Understanding the menu and making recommendations.
• Upselling: Promoting additional menu items to increase sales.
• Table Maintenance: Keeping tables clean and organized.
• Delivery Handling: Packaging and dispatching delivery orders.
• Guest Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with other staff members.
• Adaptability: Handling changes and challenges professionally.
• Operational Procedures: Following morning setup and closing procedures.
