Job Description We are looking for a passionate and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will be part of a close-knit service team, delivering a warm, natural, and detail-oriented guest experience across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Qualifications – Provide friendly, professional, and personalised service to guests – Prepare and set up service areas (restaurant, terrace, events) – Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, and wines – Coordinate closely with the kitchen and sommelier team – Ensure smooth service flow and attention to detail at all times – Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas – Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere Profile – Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service – Fluent in Spanish and English (both required) – Passion for gastronomy, wine, and guest experience – Positive attitude, team spirit, and attention to detail – Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment – Interest in sustainable and farm-to-table concepts is a plus Additional Information What we offer – Full-time contract (40 hours/week) – Paid holidays and public holidays in accordance with Spanish labour law – A unique working environment in nature – The opportunity to be part of a meaningful and inspiring project – Growth within a dynamic and passionate team Department: Food & Beverages
