We are looking for a waiter or waitress/Front of House to join the friendly team at Chirnside Hall Hotel. This post is to fill 10-30 hours a week, working between 2 and 4 Mornings/evenings. Shift times are worked on a rota system . Weekend work is essential in this post. Extra hours are available during busy periods. Hours can be agreed to suit, however some flexibility is required.

Duties include;

• Checking Guests in on Arrival and showing to there rooms
• Bar and Restaurant Service, including taking orders, serving food & drinks.
• Preparing coffee, tea and alcoholic drinks.
• Setting tables for breakfast and dinner.
• Clearing & washing dishes.
• Attending to guests requirements throughout their meal, ensuring that any issues are dealt with promptly.
